• Oversaw the full demolition and build-out of a 16,000 sq. ft. space, coordinating contractors, designers, and vendors to deliver a functioning roller rink and nightclub from concept to completion.

• Built and managed a comprehensive $7M pre-opening budget; created invoice and contract-tracking systems; managed investor commitments, reporting, and ongoing communication.

• Led the liquor license application process end-to-end, coordinating legal counsel, preparing required documentation, and ensuring deadlines were met.

• Developed and maintained a detailed tracking system for all construction and design materials, including fabrication timelines, deliveries, and installation.

• Managed procurement across multiple vendors: sourced materials, negotiated pricing, placed orders, monitored order status, and ensured on-time delivery.
