XANADU ROLLER ARTS

2022-2025

I’m incredibly proud of my work developing and bringing to life Xanadu Roller Art’s brand voice and visual identityI was solely responsible for the Instagram account and achieved 57,000 followers in 18 months and an average of 750,000 views, 22,000 interactions, and 1,400 followers per month.

​

As Brand Marketing, Digital Media, & Community Manager, I also:

  • Created an extensive Monday.com tracking system to manage the social media editorial calendar, talent bookings, and digital media needs

  • Created video + graphic content for posts, stories, and event promotion

  • Worked closely with influencers and brand partners to create collaborative content 

  • Managed communications across all digital communities, including Instagram, Google Reviews, email, & TikTok

  • Gave interviews telling the story of the business’s creation, its mission, & roller skate culture to press outlets and directed press shoots

  • Created and designed decks for brand partnerships, preferred vendors, creative talent, and private events

  • Developed and maintained a digital media management system for the company’s photo and video archive

GIRLS, GAYS, & THEYS

2024 - PRESENT

A QUEER SKATE PARTY

& event series focusing on creative expression, queer debauchery, & featuring live performances, activations, and community care

  • Creative directed the brand identity of the events from concept to execution

  • Booked talent, directed on-site ROS, performers, visual elements & activations

  • MC’d / hosted the event from start to finish, shouting out all performers + DJs and ensuring all safety / operational announcements were made

30 YR YOUNG NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION

providing free, live DJ entertainment and a dedicated outdoor rink in Central Park.

  • Direct and execute the organization’s brand presence across social platforms

  • Created a playful new brand identity for the organization

  • Conducted historical research, wrote, copy edited, and formatted a comprehensive and visually engaging historical timeline of roller skating in Central Park
