• Built strategic partnerships with influencers, sponsors, and media teams; managing communication, contracts, timelines, & deliverables to ensure projects stayed on schedule and within scope.

• Directed on-site creative execution, including photo/video capture and asset management; built post-event lookbooks and visual libraries for ongoing marketing.

• Created talent decks, mood boards, spatial layouts, and event renderings to guide buildouts and guest experience flow.
